Statement of Property Tax Exemptions

In accordance with Section 224 and 227 (1) of the Community Charter, The Village of Telkwa is proposing to adopt the 2025-2027 Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 777, 2024. The impact of this exemption can be viewed on the Village of Telkwa Website (www.telkwa.ca) or at 1415 Hankin Avenue.  The 2025-2027 Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 777, 2024 will be on the September 10, 2024 Council agenda for second and third reading, with adoption set for October 8, 2024. Any questions or concerns should be addressed in writing before October 3, 2024, for the October 8, 2024 Regular Meeting of Council.
